i had a new dentist today

and obviously he hadn’t had my records transferred over (and the two small fillings i’ve had are really well-disguised) because he praised me for about ten minutes on how i have a “beautiful, naturally aligned smile” (i had braces recently, haha), and “perfect teeth with no discolouration (true dat) or fillings (umm..).”

i just kept quiet (well, i didn’t have much choice, his fingers and implements were prodding around in my mouth.. ooh-err) and nodded proudly. i feel like i’ve beaten the system or something.
