palaeontologists have been studying tyrannosaurus bite-marks on triceratops frills, and have come to this brilliant step-by-step conclusion to explain them:


”step one: get a good grip on the neck frill”


”step two: tear the head off to expose the tasty neck muscles”

 
”step three: nibble on the soft flesh of triceratops’ face”


”step four: feast on the delicacies beneath the frill”

An early relative of T. rex from the Cretaceous period, this gorgeous beastie was about as big and heavy as a large car, and was covered in beautiful filament-like feathers.
